Listen to Sandy Beky
Specialist in the circular economy applied to human capital (Model C®), she founded KyoSei, a laboratory for managerial innovations. For several years, she has been doing research in developmental psychology, and she is part of the Global Leadership Associates circle which supports managers in new models of thinking and organizations.
She has been teaching at HEC Paris since 2014, and at INSEEC she created a Leadership Lab to rethink and act on the impact of leadership.
In 2019, HeHop Help for Hope was born, an association whose vocation is to allow victims of violence behind closed doors to capture evidence of the offenses suffered. As the founder of the association, she dreamed of an application which, thanks to the blockchain, would make this evidence legally irrefutable: in June 2020 HeHop was born.
This journey illustrates her desire to include each experience in a movement suitable for renewal, recycling, contributing to the emergence of Committed leadership and new ways of conceiving the performance of organizations.
